Caramel Glaze For Bundt Cake
I like to use a baking spray that has flour in it.
Caramel glaze for bundt cake. In a second small deep saucepan combine the granulated sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Next add the cream while you continue to whisk until the mixture is in a cream caramel glaze form.
It is buttery and perfectly sweetened with brown sugar. In a small saucepan over low heat melt the butter. It should be the texture of wet sand with no sugar crystals remaining on the sides of the pot.
Brown sugar butter and milk are simmered in a saucepan and brought to a boil for 3 minutes. The brown sugar is dissolved into and caramelized in melted butter. To make glaze add butter and brown sugar to a medium saucepan over low heat.
Continue cooking stirring for 2 minutes. Once melted cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the sweeteners until smooth.
I set aside the bowl. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour this glaze into a glass container or a bowl and set aside.
