Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Dump 2 cans of fruit into the bottom of a greased 913 pan. Sprinkle batter evenly with remaining 12 cup of coconut and then 12 cup of brown sugar. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
